Md Enamul Haque, PhD

I am a Senior Research Data Scientist at the Spencer Center for Vision Research at Stanford University School of Medicine, and Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Truveta Inc.. I am also involved in eye care research at Office of Research and Development in U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Palo Alto, CA.
My general research area includes bioinformatics, data mining, NLP, and statistical learning to identify influential factors for eye disease among patients with a specific focus on research at the intersection of aging, dementia, and ocular disease. I am broadly interested in developing methods for precision medicine by applying graph machine learning and statistical modeling at the intersection of EHR, clinical trials, genomics, and related healthcare data.
